Rates

• Rates for the rooms in the house range from $110.00-$140.00 per night, depending on the season. A 50% deposit is due at the time of the reservation. We have 2 rooms with queen size beds and 1 room with a king size bed. An additional rate of $20.00 is applied for a child. All rooms have a private bath. Children under the age of 10 are welcome to stay with their parents in the Winners Circle. We also have special rates for those who might wish to rent all of our rooms for a family or business gathering.
• The Winner's Circle is available for $235.00 per night. It comfortably sleeps four.
  

Cancellations

• Cancellation of reservations made less than 7 days prior to the reserved date will have their deposit forfeited unless we can book the room. Race week-end cancellations need to be made 14 days in advance. If you are renting all of the bedrooms then we need 30 days notice of cancellation. A booking fee of $15.00 will be charged for all cancellations. If the rooms are not rented a $50.00 fee for each room will be charged. To cancel you must call 419-529-6421 and speak with Diane or Paul.
